CONSULTING TYPE: Strategy consulting (ideally funded by the KMU.DIGITAL initiative with 50%)

CONTENT: In a consultation you will receive a status analysis of your previous digital and e-commerce activities. Using a catalog drawn up by the Austrian E-Commerce Quality Mark, I will show you your fields of action and opportunities for improvement for your company and make recommendations using various examples.


AIM: You know which areas you should prioritize, which costs and resources are necessary and what can ensure the continued economic success of your company with the right digitization measures.


DOCUMENTATION: written/digital documentation including action plan, recommendations for action, schedule and cost estimate

CONSULTING DURATION: 20h (incl. pre and post processing)


LOCATION: Virtually or on site at the customer


FUNDING OPPORTUNITY: up to 50% by KMU.DIGITAL. Together we apply for this funding for you before the consulting service.
WHAT IS THE KMU DIGITAL STRATEGY CONSULTING?

KMU.DIGITAL for SMEs in Austria is an initiative that offers individual advice to Austrian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by certified experts on the topics:

+ Business models and processes (incl. resource optimization)
++ E-commerce and online marketing,
+++ IT and cybersecurity as well
++++ Digital administration promotes.

The implementation of digitization projects with the help of new investments is then also funded with up to 40%.

I have been a certified consultant as a "digital consultant" since May 2022 and can not only advise you on content, but also support you in getting your personal advice funded by up to 80%.
