CONTENT and PROCESS: Based on your current status, your existing marketing strategy will be checked, evaluated and revised in this project, or a marketing strategy will be developed together, measures will be developed and measurable goals will be defined. The process differs based on your current status.
a) You have already developed a marketing strategy:
In 2 half-day workshops we talk about your existing marketing strategy and evaluate your previous measures. We develop new marketing activities and talk about possible additional marketing channels for your company. Together we develop effective measures, define measurable goals and use them to create your marketing plan.

b) You don't have a marketing strategy yet:
In 2 half-day workshops we develop your marketing strategy. We define the most efficient marketing activities for you and your target group, set measurable goals and close the gap to your corporate strategy. Ideally, we can already carry out initial tests for various marketing activities between the workshops. You have a marketing strategy that fits your business, your resources, and your budget

Using a catalog drawn up by the Austrian E-Commerce Quality Mark, I will show you your fields of action and opportunities for improvement for your company and make recommendations using various examples.
AIM: You know which areas you should prioritize, which costs and resources are necessary and what can ensure the continued economic success of your company with the right marketing measures. You'll have a precise plan in place, complete with helpful tips and tools to take your business to the next level of success.

DOCUMENTATION: written/digital documentation including action plan, recommendations for action, schedule and cost estimate
