With the right resources and a clear strategy, this phase is about implementation. We develop and launch the project together with strong partners.

CONTENT: As an active support, I ensure that the requirements are implemented, the design is implemented in the CI, the customer journey meets customer expectations and the legal aspects meet the requirements.

Depending on your needs and wishes, you are very actively involved in the process. Regular updates show you the progress and ensure the success of the project.



GOAL: Accompanying the implementation, reporting and acceptance of the implementation.

DOCUMENTATION: written/digital documentation and support using a project management tool of your choice.

CONSULTATION DURATION: by arrangement
PRICE: Hourly billing or project phase flat rates are possible here
