SME Digital Funding - Secure yours now
KMU.DIGITAL is an Austria-wide federal funding program that supports individual consultations for Austrian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by certified experts on the following topics: business models and processes (including resource optimization), e-commerce and online marketing, IT and cybersecurity, and digital administration. Based on this, the implementation of digitization projects as new investments is also supported.

status and potential analysis
The status and potential analysis enables you to carry out a structured analysis of the current state of digitalization together with me. Three different consulting tools are supported:
Potential analysis in the area of business models and processes (including resource optimization)
General digital trends, opportunities and risks are systematically analyzed for your own company. Together with me, we will develop a structured overview of the opportunities and risks of the most important trends for you and your company, as well as a rough plan for possible implementation, including rough costs, resources and time estimates.
Status analysis in the area of e-commerce and online marketing
In a consultation, we will discuss your status analysis of your previous e-commerce activities. Using a catalog compiled by the Austrian E-Commerce Quality Seal, I will suggest suitable areas of action and opportunities for improvement for your company and your industry.
status analysis in the area of IT and cybersecurity
Using a standardized test catalog, the security of the digital infrastructure in your company is examined. You get a clear, unadulterated view of your current situation and a list of the most important measures to promote IT and cyber security for your company.

strategy consulting
The strategy consulting aims to systematically support SMEs in developing strategies and providing a comprehensive kick-off for specific change and implementation processes. In a compact form (usually 2 working days within a few weeks), you will work with me as a certified consultant to develop the time and content planning for the implementation of your digitization project. Four different consulting tools are supported:
Strategy consulting in the area of business models and business processes (including resource optimization)
From the development of new products and services to the renewal of business processes while taking data protection into account and even logistics – there are many topics in this field of work.
strategy consulting in the field of e-commerce and online marketing
Electronic sales and electronic marketing are the focus of this consultation. Concrete steps and actions are planned, a strategy is developed and concrete help in decision-making is offered.

implementation funding
After completing a subsidized KMU.DIGITAL consultation, the program supports Austrian SMEs in the implementation module in financing new investments in digitization projects. The completed consultation can also come from previous KMU.DIGITAL tender rounds, whereby proof of the payment of the grant must be provided. The total funding is a maximum of 6,000 euros per company.
Implementation in the area of business models and processes (including resource optimization):
Development, introduction and improvement of products, services, processes and business models through digital applications (e.g. CRM systems, investments in data integration across the value chain, etc.)
Implementation in the area of e-commerce and online marketing:
Digital transformation of the sales and distribution process, introduction and further development of digital B2B or B2C applications or implementation of innovative and data-based online strategies.
